epistatic effect of resistance causing mutation on bacterial fitness
Dear all,
I have a keen interest in antibiotic resistancy and so I planned to work on "epistatic effect of resistant causing mutation on bacterial fitness". But as I am completely new in bioinformatics, I am at a loss. Is it possible to measure the effect of sign/positive/reciprocal epistasis on bacterial fitness? Is there any tools or software available for this type of work?
