New to NGS

Hi. I'm new to NGS. I want to know How should I promot my knowledge about NGS and especially RNA-seq? Of course I visited YouTube and reading RNA-seq DATA ANALYSIS A Practical Approach book. Im just a noob student. Thank you.

Have a look at RNA-seq analysis using Galaxy. It's quite useful for beginners to give a flavor of analysis steps. An advantage is that you may try out other types of omics data analysis as well using this platform.

Don't just read things. Find pipeline tutorials and work through them. Use galaxy if you can't get the software installed where you are easily.
