Growth Rate Estimation
Hi All,
I am a beginner to analyse and estimate the growth rate from Optical Density measured by a plate reader SoftMax. My data is in this format:
Time Temperature(C) OD Well Strain
I followed a pot of How to calculate uncertainty in bacterial growth rates? where it show the plot I am trying to make. It would be a great help if anyone can guide me to analyse the optical density and get maximum growthrate.
