hsmetrics on_target_bases and on_baits_bases calculation

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knows of the formula used for HSmetrics' ON_BAIT_BASES and ON_TARGET_BASES. I did a quick run using the HSmetrics tool, while inputing the same bed file for both bait and target intervals. The results show that ON_BAIT_BASES and ON_TARGET_BASES are different even though the bedfiles are the same. Does anyone know why this is the case?
