Using GeneMeta R Package to meta-analyse multiple gene expression datasets

Hello,

I have 4 gene expression datasets to meta-analyse (all on the same platform). I want to use the method in GeneMeta, but from the vignette it looks like it can only analyse two datasets at once.

https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/manuals/GeneMeta/man/GeneMeta.pdf

Can someone confirm if this is the case, or am I reading the manual incorrectly?
