How to add a lines between two or multiple cells in heatmap to indicate they are related to each other ComplexHeatmap
Hello everyone !
my data contain a group of patients in which multiple samples have been taken form one patients, i.e. patients A has three samples A1,A2,A3, and other patients also have multiple sample, I wanted to draw a line to link every sample for the same patient, I have tried to use ComplexHeatmap layer_fun but i cloud not come up with a good function, please anyone can help, thank you in advance
