Monoallelic expression datasets (high-throughput sequencing)

Hello everyone,

I am interested in monoallelic expression in mice, and I would like to analyze high-throughput datasets in which are reported both the expression values (RPKM, FPKM or TPM) of the paternal and maternal alleles, for some statistical characterizations. Since now I found this type of data only for genes located in X chromosome, obviously, but since monoallelic expression is known to take place also for autosomal genes, I would like to expand some analyses in this direction. Do you know databases or papers in which they performed such analyses? Thank you in advance

Have a look at dbMAE, a database of autosomal monoallelic expression.

Thanks Shalu jhanwar for the suggestion. I tried that database, but it seems that it does not work properly; when I submit a gene in the search bar, I just get zero results. Did you try it?

It's strange, I'm also getting zero values. I think it's better to directly ask here if it's due to some technical errors on their site.

Yeah, I will do it. Thanks for the help!
