Gene id Conversion
Dear All, I recieved csv file with fpkm value and geneids. I am confused about these id in the files.
MSTRG.9994
MSTRG.9995
MSTRG.9996
MSTRG.9997
TraesCS1A02G002000
TraesCS1A02G002100
I am trying to convert these id to gene id for annotation/pathway analysis puspose using DAVID gene id conversion tool and tried vep also but both didnot seems to work. Please help me in this regard I am newbie in this domain.

MSTRG*ID's using an ID conversion tool.
