Hello,

I am trying to visualize CNV with additional information about cell ploidy and phylogenetic tree. I would like to do something like this Figure A from Domestication and Divergence of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Beer Yeasts. Do you have any idea which tool could I use? Is it possible to use SEG file from cnvkit and Newick tree from RAxML?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
