Survival time computation

Hi guys, since I'm a newbie in the field I'm not able to calculate the years of follow-up from the following data: 

age  days_to_birth   days_to_death    year_of_birth   age_at_diagn  days_to_last_follow_up
71      -26085           1059              1936            26085         330

Can anyone help me please?

What I can say is that, from Day 0 (study commencement for this patient), the patient was last 'followed up' at +330 days, and then we had notification of their death at +1059. From this, you can provide a simple calculation for rough number of years.

Thank you very much for your help! I also found a column with "year of death".So, based on: age at diagnosis, year of birth and year of death the follow-up can be calculated easily.
