MaxEntScan for mouse 5/3 splice site
I was trying to evaluate the 5/3 splice strength of filtered introns. Through literatures I searched MaxEntScan. It looks that the website server only ready for human genome (http://hollywood.mit.edu/burgelab/maxent/Xmaxentscan_scoreseq.html). Is there a place for mouse version
If I need to build a reference, is there any manual for me to do that?

In case some people has seen this post, I have contacted the developer and got prompt reply: I was recommended to use it though it is human because of the conservation of the splice site.
Other advice is appreciated!
