SNPRelate for population structure for GWAS SNP data
Hello,
I want to correct GWAS SNP data for population structure using SNPRelate software. I have SNPs stored in text files for multiple samples. I have SNP information for each chromosome in one text file. So I have 20 text files in total. A line from text files looks like:
TM2ch01 11280 - A A - - A - - A - - A - A A C - A M A A - A A A A A A - A A A - A - A A A A A A - A A A - A - M - A A - A
I want to convert it to GDS file. I am new to this. I appreciate any help. Thank you!
