Protein structural features and PSSM profile

Hi Everyone Hope you all doing great!

I have a question regarding protein sequence numerical descriptors.

I used tool Porter5 for structural prediction for protein sequences. However, the output is for each residue. Since I have thousands of sequences. I want to know how I use that data as an input for machine learning model.Similarly for PSSM profile i.e. I have one file for each sequence. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please make sure you understand the biology and biochemistry sufficiently before diving into machine learning models based on this data.
