if u suggest any mathematical model should be compatibility with R programming.Because i have planned to do my work in R programming.sorry i mean programming term not a Biological term(R) .

There is not a singular mathematical model that can link symptom 'data' (whatever that is) to a diagnosis, if that's what you're trying to do.

Any model can be programmed in any language essentially. It sounds like you're asking for a specific tool or something?
