Hi everyone,

I'm using CodonW on Windows to calculate the various codon usage indices. First, I run correspondence analysis to generate cai.coa and fop.coa, the two files which CodonW should use to calculate some of the indices. However, despite what is said here http://codonw.sourceforge.net/culong.html#Correspondence%20analysis%20in%20CodonW., I'm never prompted for the "personal choice of values".

A similar problem arouse in the replies here Correspondance Analysis by using CodonW- codon usage biase but has not been resolved.

Namely, when I select an index to be calculated I get "If you wish to use a personal choice of values please continue and you will be prompted for input". I continue and I'm not prompted...
