how to best rotate a chloroplast plastid map

I would like to produce a series of Pt.DNA maps for different plants and would like to represent them correctly. I will be using GeSeq and OGDraw (https://chlorobox.mpimp-golm.mpg.de/) Now, is there a best practice on where to position the +1 of a circular plastid genome and how to orientate the map. For instance is there a feature that is nice to show at the end of the map (left from the +1 position)? I found a rice paper (DOI: 10.5511/plantbiotechnology.19.27) where the replication origin of the plastid was found in two places (complexer than for plasmides or viroids).

Any advice?
