Which level should I use in PCoA analysis
When I conducted the abundance difference analysis of OTU level between group A and Group B, I found several significantly enriched OTUs, but there was no significant difference between group A and Group B (the same OTU level) in PCoA analysis. What is the reason?Which level should I use in PCoA analysis？ Thank you
