Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a database that has information on mutagenesis studies categorized. Im looking for something where you can choose a protein and then see what sites have been mutated in it and perhaps a link to the paper. Does anything like this exist? Or does anyone know of a different way to get at the same information without actually doing the pubmed searches manually?
Thanks for your time!!

UniProt contains a surprising amount of information today, including mutagenesis experiments: http://www.uniprot.org/manual/mutagen
I'm sure that the quality is high as it's manually curated, but I have no idea about the coverage.
Any other source, other then UniProt? Actually I am also looking for a database where one can see the result of mutations studies (experimental mutations i.e. site specific mutations) but could not find any. I think Uniprot is not covering all the studies. Or is it? Thanks
