Gene copy number Alteration Interpretation
I am trying to make sense of gene copy number gain for my studies on cancer. I have obtained the results from Purple tool, which provides purity-ploidy estimation for each sample and gene copy number for each sample.
Among the top frequent loss of genes among all samples (15 samples) are POTED, etc., which are not convincing though.
I am looking for a good tutorial on gene copy number analysis.
