Same transceiptome data with or without replicates
Dear all, recently i performed de novo analysis of one genome. To check variations in transcriptome, we perform the assembly with and without replicates. Interestiny, transcripts generated in both study is almost same. It is okay or am i doing something mistake

You have provided no information on the program(s) used, the number of replicates, the species, the sample sources, etc. Not much that anybody can give as an answer.
