help me creating Prokka custom database

Hello good souls.

I am new to Bioinformatics. COuld you please help me creating database in prokka? I would like to create a custom database with one bacteriophage Nucleotide fasta file and Amino acids fasta file for complete annotation.

You don't need to 'do' anything. Just pass a trusted fasta formatted file of protein sequences to the --proteins flag of prokka.
