Where do I find viral genomes that can attack a particular phylum
I work with a model crustacean organism and I would like to find some sort of database where I can first find viruses that would attack arthropods or crustaceans and then get their genomes. I was wondering if such thing exist or if I have to do the research independently myself which will take time because I have never looked at viruses before. Thanks for any indication!

The NCBI taxonomy linkouts could help although a bit of manual work will be needed. e.g
- Locate the clade/species in NCBI taxonomy (e.g anthropod is tax id 6656 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?mode=Info&id=6656&lvl=3&lin=f&keep=1&srchmode=1&unlock )
- Follow the "show biotic interactions" link out
- Then "open results in interaction browser"
- Select appropriate relation from dropdown list (e.g vector of)
