Exporting plink files from genome studio
Hi there, Im having a problem exporting data from genomestudio to plink format .Done this in the past but know im having problems. I also tryed to export an older project that i already have plink files and it also does not work .. When i go to export to plink at the finish step i get the error " incorrect input string" Can somebody translate this ...

Hi, Just in case someone else is stuck at this. I got the same error message, what fixed it for me was setting the region format to English (United States).

You are best off contacting Illumina tech support about this error. If I was to guess you may be selecting a file name or some input that does not exist or is incorrect.
