Rearrange contigs to start with repA
Hello,
I have a contig with replicon of plasmid. I'd like to make the contig starts from repA. How could I do it?

Did you succeed in rotating the contigs to start at repA using Circlator? If so, may I ask which commands you've used using Circlator for retrieving the RepA UniProt entries https://github.com/sanger-pathogens/circlator/wiki/Task:-get_dnaa
