Is the input data of RIP-Seq equal to RNA-Seq data?
Dear all,
Sorry I am not very familiar with RIP-Seq, please forgive me for asking stupid questions. Is the background input data of RIP-Seq equal to the RNA-Seq data of the sample? Is it possible to use only RIP-Seq background input data to analyze expression profiles or Alternative splicing of transcripts?
