Predict truncated protein

Some virus like HRSV has the capability to segregate truncated forms of its proteins, like attachment G in this case https://academic.oup.com/intimm/article/20/9/1169/667012. I have some fasta sequence of some proteins, and I want to know if there is some tool I can use to predict the possibility of that proteins can be truncated without lost their functions, and if possible, predict if it can be segregated. Thank you.

If you go to the CATH website and search by sequence you can find matching FunFams (functional families) that cover different regions of the sequence.
