How to visualize proportions of nucleotides at each position for multiple samples

Hi,

I would like to visualize proportions of nucleotides at each position (20 bp stretch) for virus species similar to the following image by Suzuki et al 2013. Example Figure Can you suggest a software or script that I can use to achieve this? Thanks in advance.
