anvi'o pan genome analysis tool
hello, in short, I have 145 genome in fasta format and I could launch pangenome analysis I converted all the files in .db and .txt format by the software (anvi-script-FASTA-to-contigs-db) after I didn't understand how I can generate a genome storage by (anvi-gen-genomes-storage) in order to launch pangenome analysis.
