Can i stop my Repeatmodeler run at round 5?
I am creating a repeat Library for my Genome using repeatmodeler. Its been running for days now and just completed round-5 and started round-6, I don't know at what round it will stop, my genome size is 450mb. Can i stop it at rounds 5 and just run the repeatclassifier? Is round 6+ necessary?

I tried to find an option which limits the number of rounds which the repeatmodeller run but didn't find any
