How to interpret codeml ?
I have found sites under positive selection in both codeml and meme on HyPhy. The confidence is above 95 and 99percent for many sites in codeml but there are absolutely no positive selection detected in branch site test on codeml or aBSREL in HyPhy.
What does this mean ?
