Why some genes with negative fold change are assigned as activated upstream regulators by IPA?
Hi,
I used Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) to do upstream regulator analysis for my differentially expressed genes (relapse vs. non-relapse).
I realize some of the the genes that IPA predicted them as activated upstream regulators have negative expression ration in my relapse group.
How we can explain this?
Many thanks!
