Pathway targeted genes
I am working on to find NFkB targeted genes in a list of differentially expressed gene lists. My question is The genes from the DE gene list that are part of the NFkB pathway in a typical pathway anlaysis will be considered as the targets of NFKB pathway Or I have to look at some other databases. Any suggestion?

If by targets you mean for further qPCR or such analysis then yes. You can confirm by doing classification using DAVID (https://david.ncifcrf.gov/). Take the list of significant DE genes and classify and check the NFKB pathway.
