A post-doc or experienced bioinformatician is needed to work on a 2-year grant-funded project in Sidra, Qatar. The post requires a skilled bioinformatician in transcriptomics and genomics, NGS data analysis, statistical knowledge, and basic biology background. Bash, Python/Perl scripting, R, and work on cluster computers is involved.
