Does Anyone Have Experience On Ray Assembler?

Does anyone have any experience with Ray assembler? The last time I tried it had bugs. Is it recommended over others and what is the difference between these assemblers. Why do these assemblers have so many parameters to fill? For the Price TI assembler, how do you make sense of these parameters especially the cycle? What is the optimal cycle to use. There seem to be a diverse variety of assemblers now; do all give similar results?
