Hyb to analyze CLASH data?
Hi,
I am trying to use Hyb (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1046202313004180?via%3Dihub#b0060) to analyze CLASH data. I am having trouble in generating the genome database file. After several hours of running, I end up with a Out of memory error. I have been trying to use the transcriptome file from mouse (ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-99/fasta/mus_musculus/cdna/) as that is recommended over the genome file by hyb.
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem or if there are other pipelines I can use to analyze RNA-hybrid data.
