Need help with Codeml analysis
Dear member, I have performed different codeml tests using PAML on aligned coding sequence file of 12 drosophila species. Here each gene file contain one cds sequence from each 12 drosophila species. After submission in journal, one review is asking to perform Tajima's D and McDonald-Kreitman test on each gene file. As far as I know, Tajima's D and McDonald-Kreitman tests are designed for intra-population study, please suggests if it worth to do these analysis.
