Hello,

I am using Repeat Masker and I am wondering if there is an option that would allow me to define the directory, in which the .out file will be saved.

In other words, I don't want to move or copy the .out file from the sequence folder to an other folder. I want the .out file to be generated directly in another folder of my choice.

I checked the documentation of RepeatMasker, but maybe I missed it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
