Hey all,

I'm am analyzing small RNA (<200 nt) species in human. I have found many databases such as RNAcentral and RFAM which contain a good comprehensive set of sRNA, but they often contain duplicates and/or sequences present in one database but not the other.

Is there a standardized reference set of small RNA in humans which contains the full diversity of sRNA such as tRNA, miRNA, piRNA, vtRNA, snoRNA, snRNA, ribozymes etc... I can obviously scrap one together from said databases this isn't an easily reproducible solution, and everyone seems to be using their own references so comparing across analyses is challenging.
