Forum: Maximum number of samples in ADMIXTURE Software
Hi everyone,
Does anyone who has used ADMIXTURE to infer ancestry know the maximum number of samples per group that can be used to continue to have good estimates?
I have this query because as I increase the number of samples, ADMIXTURE detects more ancestry to the point of not finding pure genotypes.
