Hi, where can I find corresponding names to SCOP domain classification abbreviations? SCOPCLA - SCOP domain classification. The abbreviations denote:
TP=protein type, CL=protein class, CF=fold, SF=superfamily, FA=family

Parseable SCOPe files are here, and you want the one that starts with dir.cla. That particular family number doesn't exist, so maybe you want the old SCOP files.
