I working with BrB tools plugin for excel, trying to analyse methylation IDATs. I can normaly upload them by the General Option: "Getting started">"Data importing wizard". I chose a random normalization method, just for a test . After a long time waiting (my notebook isn't the best for this), the program return this message, besides "The calculation will abort" . How can I solve this? I'm using the R version 3.1.2, as the developers recomend.
