How to determine which bam/sam lines correspond to called structural variant using Freebayes

Hello all,

I was wondering if there was a way to capture which sam/bam lines correspond to the calls that Freebayes is detecting? Is there a way to create a log file to capture this information? I deal with higher ploidy levels, and it would be nice to know which sam lines contain the haplotypes that I am looking for. I figured I would ask the community as I am having trouble finding the answer. Thanks!
