Unavailable 3' UTR regions of pig genes from Ensembl
Hello, I have generated a list of 3' UTR regions of pig genes from Ensembl. There are around a hundred of them that haven't been annotated or the sequence is not available.
Is there a workaround with this? Like manually finding them from the gene sequence? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
