Family level taxonomic annotation

Hello,

After removing all the unwanted reads from my metagenomics data (unmapped reads - after sequence alignment) I am having the putative viral contigs for which family level taxonomic annotations must be done, from the paper which I read, it says it is to be done using the DemoVir Script, but I am not able to find any manual on how to use the DemoVir script.

Can anyone help me on this?
