Download TCGA Published data
The TCGA paper reported 42 WGS data for Glioblastoma cancer. I am trying to get those data but unable to find the data on the TCGA portal. Could some one please help me out?

Have you tried their legacy repository?
You may want to play around with the filters, but it seems like they have BAM files you can download (restricted access).

TCGA data is now available via GDC portal. Some data may require approval to download.
In TCGA GDC portal, the WGS data for gliomas is not present in TCGA program. But its showing in two other programs (CPTAC and HCMI).
