The workshop includes laboratory-based tutorials (Single-cell RNA-seq using 10x Genomics and SMARTer RNA Seq Pico Input Mammalian using TTP Labtech's Mosquito), mini-symposium “Experience in Single-Cell Sequencing”, and hands-on bioinformatics analysis of single-cell sequencing data.
