Hi Biostars Community,

I am doing pangenome analysis on Pan-X pipeline. I tried to used it online (http://pgaweb.vlcc.cn/pgapx/analyse) but it doesn't get back to me my required results. I have made .ptt file from python scripting. MY columns of .ptt file has been matched with reference file (H37RV) but the column of PID is not matching at all and that 9 digit number is not present in ncbi/Genbank files.Can anyonw tell what is that PID in.ptt file and is Pan-X suitable for pangenome analysis on 20 genome strains data in 2020? thank you !
