Filtering TRANSFAC to get human TF motifs only

Is there a way to filter TRANSFAC database (purchased) to get only Human TF motifs?

And, what is the best database for human TF motifs to be used for MEME and HOMER motif discovery and enrichment?

If you bought a license I suggest you contact their support. There is tyically no best database. Common and well-curated choices are Transfac, JASPAR and HOCOMOCO. I personally use HOCOMOCO, but this is a rather arbitrary choice. Sure the others work well, too.
