Forum: Transmart/i2b2 versus PhenoMeNal

Crowdsourcing the communal knowledge base today.

We're staring a project which has large volumes of hetergenous data, including images, text files, patient data, and other "-omics" data. I've been looking at tranSMART as well as PhenoMeNal.

Has anyone worked with both? Are there benefits/issues with one versus the other?
