chemistry compatibility ERROR using CCS

I am converting bax.h5 files into BAM files (using bax2bam) and trying to create CCS files from these BAMs (using the ccs of pbccs package), but in the last step I am getting the following message:

What can I do to fix it, or make this CCS files?
